What is the cancelation policy?
Full refund up to 10 days before the scheduled date; 50% refund if more than 72 hours; 0% for cancelations within 24 hours. Full refund for inclement weather as determined by LAPR and Captain.
Where do we get picked up and dropped off?
Under the 360 Bridge (Pennybacker Bridge) on Loop 360 in Westlake, about 20 min from downtown Austin. Parking is limited – we recommend an Uber. Note: The Park charges $5 per person for entry and they only take cash!
What do we need to bring?
Sunscreen, swimsuits, towels, beverages (no glass containers!), ice, cups/coozies, snacks, sunglasses, blow up unicorns (we have a pump).
What is provided?
Boat, safety gear, fuel, cooler, Bimini top, experienced captain, Bluetooth stereo, large float mat.
What is the normal tip amount to leave the captain?
Minimum of 15% is expected, 18-20% is customary.
